These terms cover every resource you buy or download from Beyond the Worksheet on this site, free or paid. By purchasing or downloading a resource, you agree to them.
Your license
Each purchase is a license for one teacher to use the resource in their own classroom. Licenses are non-transferable. If the teacher who purchased the license leaves the classroom or changes schools, the license and the materials go with that teacher.
What you may do
- Use the resource with your own students, year after year.
- Print or copy it for your own students.
- Post it for your own students on a password-protected site, such as Google Classroom, Canvas or Schoology.
What you may not do
- Share any part of a resource with colleagues, a team, a grade level, a school or a district without purchasing the correct number of licenses.
- Post a resource anywhere on the public internet, including open class websites and shared drives.
- Resell or redistribute a resource, or use any part of it to create other resources, free or paid.
- Remove or alter the copyright information.
School and district licenses
Coaches, principals and districts can purchase transferable licenses that accommodate yearly staff changes. See School & District Licensing or email lindsay@beyondtheworksheet.com for a quote.
Delivery
Every resource is a digital download. Nothing is shipped. Your download link appears on the order confirmation page and is emailed to the address you enter at checkout. If the email does not arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder, then email me.
Refund policy
All sales are final. Because these are digital files delivered immediately, I do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges. Please read the description and look at the preview images before you buy.
If a file is damaged or will not open, email me and I will fix it or send a replacement.
