This Valentine’s Day Logic Puzzle is a two-page critical thinking activity for grades 3 to 8 where students use clues to determine who each person’s Valentine is and what gift they gave. Students analyze the clues and record their reasoning using a logic grid.

The puzzle does not require math computation. It builds reasoning, deduction and organization skills.
