Halloween Escape Room Template – Multi-Skill Escape Room Style Activity Template

Escape the Haunted House is a customizable Halloween mini escape room template for any subject area and any grade level, from elementary to high school. You add your own questions, and students solve clues and complete challenges to “escape” a haunted house.

The activity takes 60 minutes or less. Use it to review, reinforce or assess key concepts in math, science, history or language arts, at Halloween or any time you want students working together.

How it works

Students work in teams to solve puzzles, find clues and open doors as they move through themed rooms in the haunted house: Frank’s Laboratory, the Witch’s Potion Room, the Vampire’s Lair and the Haunted Library. The format calls for collaboration, critical thinking and problem solving.
