Estimating Products Card Sort – 4th Grade Math Activity

A card sort for 4th grade on estimating products. Students round and multiply to estimate each product, then sort each task card into one of three categories: Underestimated, Overestimated, or Close Enough.

It is low prep and works in centers, with partners, or in small group instruction. Use it to introduce or review multiplication estimation with real-world relevance, or bring it out for test prep.
