End of Year Foldable Style Notes Activities

Six different fold and flip notes give students in just about any grade a way to reflect at the end of the school year. Your students have probably used foldable style notes all year as an alternative to taking notes, and these end of year foldable style notes use them a little differently.

They would make a good addition to an end of year bulletin board, or to student journals or portfolios.

Activities included

• The Year in Review: a fold and flip activity where students reflect on memories, their goals and their growth.
• Now that the end of the year is here… An opportunity for students to reflect on their teacher.
• My friend… A fold and flip activity for students to give to someone who has made this school year great. They can share their favorite memory and thank their friend for something.
• In the beginning, middle and end: three different versions. Students reflect on their teacher, their class or themselves.
• Looking Back: students look back on some of the most memorable moments of the year.
• My Memories of: a fold and flip activity that can be used to share memories of the teacher, a friend, classroom experiences, field trips, etc.
