This lesson plan guides students in grades 6 to 8 through using a protractor for drawing and measuring angles.

Using a protractor properly is a tough skill for students. Over the lesson they explore, measure and draw angles, and they come away with a clear understanding of how to use a protractor both to measure angles and to draw them.
