Adding and Subtracting Fractions Assessment

A three-page assessment for 5th and 6th grade on adding and subtracting fractions and mixed numbers with regrouping. It also tests writing and solving simple expressions involving fractions.

What’s included

There are two versions, both with the same questions:

• Version one has 16 multiple choice questions and a constructed response question
• Version two turns the multiple choice questions into open-ended questions

Both versions come in Google Forms and in Google Slides, and there is an editable version as well.

Good to know

You must have PowerPoint to edit. All mathematical content is editable. Page headings, background images, copyright information and licensed clipart/images are not editable.
