7th Grade Ratios and Proportional Reasoning Escape Room Activity
$8.00
Escape room review for 7th grade ratios and proportional reasoning. Groups find 8 codes in any order across unit rate, percent and proportion challenges.
Eight challenges make up this escape room style review of 7th grade ratios and proportional reasoning standards. Students collaborate and solve basic equations to find the codes that open each puzzle.
How it works
What makes this escape activity different is that the challenges do not need to be completed in any particular order. To “escape,” students only have to find all 8 codes.
That lets you (a) differentiate, (b) remove challenges for time and (c) make only one copy of each challenge, because as groups finish one challenge their next one can be whatever is available.

Good to know
- This resource is not a complete review of this set of standards. Math escapes do focus on content, but the primary focus is on the collaboration and the problem solving.
- The puzzles are identical to those in my 6th Grade Ratios and Proportions Escape to allow for differentiation. Some codes are not the same.
