6th Grade End of Year Review Math Game

Sugar Land is a 6th grade math game that puts a twist on end of year review. It is a spinoff of Candy Land, and students work together in groups to play.

How it works

Students move across the game board by answering questions correctly. The question cards are color coded by skill set. Four major skills or concepts are covered, with 18 questions per skill set.

Skill sets covered

• Fraction and decimal operations (overlaps with Grade 5 Sugar Land)
• Evaluating expressions
• Geometry
• Ratios, rates and percents

Good to know

The question cards are completely editable, with the exception of the graphics, so you can make the game work for any subject area or skill in 6th grade. Modify the math questions, or delete them and add questions for science, ELA or other subjects to make a full end of year game.
