I spent a long two hours on the phone with my electric company recently trying to explain to a customer service representative the difference between 5 cents and .05 cents.  He thought I was crazy and it took speaking to 4 different people for them to understand that one of those numbers is 100 times bigger than the other.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Just found you on the TPT forum.
